Vikas has over 27+ years of work experience bringing learning’s across a wide variety of industries to deliver tangible outcomes. He utilizes innovation, critical reasoning, and commercial acumen to drive superior business performance and deliver impact. His experience set includes: Launching new brands, Scaling up businesses, Structuring Commercial Contracts.

He has held leadership positions with consulting firms Accenture Strategy and A.T. Kearney as well as Tata Sky and DEN Networks. At Intellecap he is specifically focusing on helping develop innovative business models for the majority markets, as also help scale up early stage enterprises with a combination of capital, knowledge and networks. He is working with the Gates foundation, Shatki Sustainable Energy foundation, Shell foundation, World Bank Group, UNCDF to name a few of his key clients. As CEO of Intellecap he has expanded Intellecap’s presence in Africa, introduced debt service offerings in its product portfolio, launched circular economy ecosystem building initiatives amongst others. Prior to joining Intellecap, Vikas was working with Accenture Strategy as Managing Director - Head of the Products industry group Vikas has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM – Calcutta with Strategy as major subject of study.
