Gvantsa is head of fundraising and structuring at Outlier Ventures, the global leading Web3 accelerator and largest early-stage investor in Web3 globally by volume, with a portfolio of 250 investments including AI, metaverse, gaming, dCommerce and other Web3 verticals. In her role, Gvantsa leads a team focused on tokenomics structuring and fundraising for Outlier Ventures portfolio companies across our accelerator Base Camp program and token advisory program, Ascent and has advised hundreds of startups on seed/Series A fundraisings. Prior to Outlier Ventures, Gvantsa was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse and has 15 years of investing and advisory experience from M&A and private equity to venture capital in the tech and digital media sector: $1bn+ invested in growth stage tech companies.
