Mr Bramha Kumar is a Post Graduate in Ancient History from Allahabad University, Uttar Pradesh. He has also studied Sanskrit literature and Economics as Undergraduate Degree majors from Bundelkhand University. Mr Kumar joined Indian Foreign Service in 2005 and studied Arabic from American University in Cairo. He has served in Indian Missions in Cairo, Muscat, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo in various capacities. Presently he serves as Joint Secretary for Overseas Employment and Protector General of Emigrants in the Ministry of External Affairs. He has interests in understanding social impact of business on the lives general public and marginalised communities, impact of technical disruptions on business and international relations.
