Through his extensive and global experience in Banking and Financial Services, he will lead the operations of True Balance bringing differentiated customer value and ensuring sustainable growth. He works directly with the founder on the high performance of incumbent businesses and on expanding the offerings and customer base.
Souparno is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. In his career spanning over two decades, Souparno has played various leadership and multi-functional roles at reputed companies like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and Tata Consultancy Services. Souparno is passionate about entrepreneurship and from his vantage point of being a business leader and a technologist, deeply appreciates the convergence of ‘Doing good and doing well…’, an opportunity further emboldened by the Fintech revolution.
