Mr. Jeet Vijay is the CEO of MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), the nodal agency of the Ministry of Electronics and IT to support and promote deep-tech startups across India. MSH is responsible for 51+ incubators, 26+ Centre of Excellence, multiple Accelerators, among other assets. Also, responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new schemes and programs to support more than 3000 startups that are associated with MeitY Startup Hub.

➢ In his last position in USA, Mr. Vijay was the Managing Director of the Horizon Fund, the strategic venture fund of University of Texas System with USD 60 Million dollars in committed capital.
➢ He was also the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Investments & Entrepreneurship at University of Texas System.
oThe University of Texas System is one of the largest systems, with 9 academic and 6 healthcare institutions that educate more than 216,000 students, employ 87,000 faculty and staff, and annually spend approximately $3 billion on research.
➢ He was Investment Director at an Emerging Market focused Private Equity Fund in USA, where he was involved with various small cap IPOs and APOs.
