Harish joined Lightbox in 2015. As Head of Financial Operations, he oversees fund management responsibilities, including reporting, operations and financial planning. In addition, he supports the portfolio particularly in creating simple business models from complex growth realities.

Harish brings 10+ years of experience in investment management, cross-border M&A’s and financial operations & diligence for both startups and bigger companies across India, USA, South East Asia, Australia and UK. He began his career at Yahoo! India, later moving on to Reliance Communications, PubMatic and at adtech leader Komli Media, before joining Lightbox.

At the intersection of strategy and finance, he provides portfolio companies with direction as well as solutions, particularly at times of high risk.
