AnnuTalreja is an INSEAD graduate, with 11 plus years of real estate development, transaction and asset management experience across APAC: Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, China & India. Levering on her experience in the real estate & hospitality industry, she along with her co-founder Priyanka Gera started OxfordCaps.

OxfordCaps is Asia's first branded and technology-enabled Student Housing company that closed their series A funding of SGD 11 million led by the Times Group with support of existing investors Kaalari Capital and 500 Startups.

OxfordCaps provide technology-enabled and community-driven living experience designed for the millennial Students. The online booking platform allows university students and young professionals to book their ready-to-move-in student accommodation in Singapore and across 10 cities in India. Once they move-in OxfordCaps platform is used for end-to-end management of the accommodation units and for community engagement.
