At Suzlon, Nidhi handles the dual business responsibility of fostering the growth of the existing business in her role as BRC head and simultaneously driving diversification by creating new businesses in her role as the head of NBD. While leading the BRC team, she is responsible for financial planning and operational execution of key initiatives across Suzlon group. She formulates Suzlon’s global business strategy and devises the roadmap for execution across all business verticals including wind, solar, forging and foundry. As head of NBD, she proactively identifies new business opportunities and incubates them through strategic partnerships or organic growth thereby enhancing Suzlon’s existing portfolio of businesses. In NBD, she is also in charge to transform the business model of any existing business vertical to adapt to new market opportunities.
