Farid is a strategic design planner with over 20 years of experience in helping multi-national corporations develop innovation strategies through a design thinking methodology. Educated as both, an industrial designer and an architect, he believes that every interaction is improved through design and has developed platform offerings for clients that include, products, services, and processes to form new ecosystems that range from transforming physical spaces to developing innovative business models.
Since 2011 Farid has worked in the Innovation & Design Center of Godrej & Boyce, sparking cultural change through the context of design. As the Chief Innovation Culture Officer he focuses on inculcating a culture of innovation in across Godrej's 14 diverse business units.
His previous clients include Hilton Hotels, McDonald's, HP, and ABInbev where he has led a number of mission critical initiatives to help the brands redefine their internal processes and become more user-centric and future focused.
