Sajal has over 30 years of experience in establishing and scaling new businesses in start-ups as well as large multinational technology organizations. He has held leadership roles in companies like Aricent, Alcatel-Lucent and Johnson Controls. Sajal has started and scaled businesses across US, Europe, and APAC markets. In his current role, Sajal is a Venture Principal at Venture Factory, where he advises its portfolio companies on strategy and scale. In his personal time, Sajal actively mentors self-sustainable initiatives for social impact.
