Mr. Sanjay Deshpande

After completing his BTECH from VJTI, Mumbai, in 1993, in Computer Science, Sanjay worked as a research associate in Center for Development of Advance Computing (the R&D Center that developed India's first super computer PARAM), later he went to Canada, to pursue a Master�s degree in Computer Science, from University of New Brunswick. He returned to India in 1997 and worked as a Scientist with Tata Research Center in their Imaging and Pattern Recognition Group. Subsequently, Sanjay joined Infosys Technologies, where he was first heading their Mobile Computing initiative for the Europe Division and later headed the business development effort for their Life Sciences Division in the US. Wanting to solve problems that impact lives, Sanjay started UNIKEN in 2003 with four other like-minded professionals who wanted to build a world class innovation driven ecosystem with the freedom to dream. Sanjay has several scientific publications and patents to his credit, and has been working on symbolic representation schemes, its theory and applications to various technology problems.
