Rahul Batra is the head of the Firm�s International Executive Mobility Practice Group in London, and regularly advises on company/commercial, IP and mobility matters. For over a decade, Rahul has provided legal counsel to both individuals and multi-national clients on various legal issues with a strong emphasis on setting up in the UK. Drawing on a deep understanding of global mobility issues, Rahul successfully integrates corporate strategies with executive expectations. He splits his time between the firm's offices in London and Singapore executing assignments across these continents. Rahul�s success in the legal arena is driven by a strong professional network reach that spans both coasts in United States, Canada, Asia Pacific and EMEA, a network that crosses everything from Technology, Private Equity, Digital Media to Energy, Pharma and Life Sciences. Regarded as one of the industry�s foremost experts on legal issues; he's been widely quoted and featured by several reputed legal publications. Rahul graduated with Honours in Business Economics and also received his Law degree from the University of Delhi. He subsequently obtained a Masters in Law from Cardiff University, UK and qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
