From its inception five years back, Loyalty Rewardz has grown to currently run loyalty programs for a cumulative card base of 203 million credit or debit cards in India constituting over 60% market share, and have processed over 296 million transactions awarding over 9.7 billion loyalty points. Today Loylty Rewardz processes over 15 million transactions worth over INR 2600 Crores every month to award loyalty points to consumers in India.
Bijaei earned his business management education as a part of the Founding Class of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola Collage and Master's Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Subsequently, Bijaei worked in the advertising industry in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and with McCann Erickson Worldwide (FP7) in Dubai, UAE before returning to India to pursue his business management studies at the ISB.
Before founding Loylty Rewardz, Bijaei worked with Jet Airways as the head of its Loyalty Program - Jet Privilege (JP), and with MasterCard Worldwide as the Head of MasterCard�s relationship with the largest bank in India, the State Bank Group.
