Akhil K Shahani is the Director at Kaizen Management Advisors, which is a leading Private Equity Fund focused on the Education industry. Shahani is also the Managing Director of Centre For Management, a Franchise chain of Business Schools. From 2007, Shahani is also involved with �Work Smart Institute�, which has a free portal that advises entrepreneurs.
Shahani also happens to be the Partner at East India Paper Company, which was established in 1952 and is one of India�s largest paper distributors with a turnover of around Rs. 600 Million. Prior to this, Shahani was the Director at Ajax Knowledge Systems Pvt. Ltd. where he founded India�s First Knowledge Management Software Firm and developed the proprietary �Knowledge Sphere� product. Prior to this, Shahani was a Consultant in the US with Medical ToolWorks where he helped startups developing miniaturized medical monitoring equipment helping them with business plan and obtaining funding.
Shahani is a Certified Management Consultant from International Council of Management, Burlington, USA and an MBA in International Business & Finance from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, USA.
